This agreement is made this __ day of _____, 2009 between Photography By Christine (photographer) and _________ (client).
Assignment. In exchange for adequate and valuable consideration, Photographer agrees to complete the following assignment:

Please read and initial each section. Any changes must be agreed upon by client and photographer. Thank you.
__ The Client is aware that all belongings, clothing and additional props are the client’s responsibility to bring, carry and take with them at the end of the shoot. The photographer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
__ Should the Client cancel the above agreement less than 24 hrs prior to the event, the client agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by the photographer up to the time of cancellation as well as the deposit.
__ The client agrees to pay $__ as a deposit. The deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit will be subtracted from the sitting fee.
__ Upon successful completion of the sitting, the Client agrees to pay Photography By Christine the remainder of the sitting fee in the amt of $____. Please note that any and all expenses incurred by the photographer for the specific assignment will be added to the sitting fee and itemized for the client to review.
__ A deposit of $___ is required prior to the ordering of any prints.
__ Prints are ordered within 5 days of receiving the print deposit. Prints are not included in the sitting fee and are based on the price list provided to the client. Client must sign off on price list prior to ordering.
__ Prints and proofs are the sole copyright of Christine Suter and in NO way are they authorized to be duplicated for personal use or distribution without the written consent of Christine Suter.
